We're currently looking for a Relationship Marketing and CRM Advisor who shares our values of mutual support, closeness, recognition, transparency and determination! Do you believe that loyalty starts with a genuine relationship, and do you love turning data into thoughtful gestures? This role, at the heart of our relationship with donors, could be for you.
Do you live in the Greater Montreal or Quebec City area? Our hybrid work model lets you combine working from home with time at our Montreal or Quebec City office, depending on your region and our current policy.
14-month contract – maternity leave replacement (January 2027 to February 2028)
Working language: French
This position is primarily conducted in French. Professional fluency in French (spoken and written) is required.
You will thrive in this role if…

- You love designing personalized donor journeys and watching them evolve, from the very first interaction to recurring giving;
- You’re comfortable with numbers: you can read a dashboard, spot what’s working (or not) and propose concrete adjustments;
- Testing, comparing and adjusting comes naturally to you: A/B tests and benchmarks are your playground;
- You like things done right: a clean database, precise segmentation and flawless sends;
- You know how to write emails and newsletters that move people, and you want to put those talents to work for a cause that makes a real difference for Quebec’s children.
The role
The incumbent is part of the Communications and Engagement Vice-Presidency, whose mission is to raise Enfant Soleil’s profile, increase its visibility, build loyalty within our community and support our fundraising initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement, your mandate will be to grow the relationship between Enfant Soleil and its donors, partners and volunteers. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, deploying and adjusting the relationship marketing strategy for all communications aimed at Enfant Soleil’s donors and supporters;
- Leading the design and implementation of the donor loyalty and engagement program, fostering meaningful long-term relationships with our donors and volunteers;
- Contributing to acquisition and engagement strategies in project mode with various contributors across the organization, drawing on data analysis, A/B testing and benchmarks;
- Analyzing the performance of retention and loyalty strategies, our audiences and available data in order to recommend improvements and appropriate marketing tactics;
- Building dashboards to track the key indicators relevant to the rollout of our giving programs and the development of the organization;
- Proposing content (written and visual), materials and marketing tools that are relevant and consistent with the brand, incorporating storytelling (testimonials, impact stories);
- Analyzing the needs raised by the Individual and Planned Giving department and guiding the project team’s marketing thinking during ideation phases;
- Responsibly managing the budget allocated to the initiatives under your responsibility;
- Staying on top of trends and proposing concrete actions to promote, retain and engage individual donors;
- In collaboration with the Gift Management team, ensuring good data hygiene and managing emails, surveys, donation and subscription forms, and customer journeys according to CRM best practices;
- Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and collaborative work tools;
- And of course, helping us with various other tasks, because we believe great things are achieved as a team.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship marketing or loyalty programs;
- Proficiency with database management tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce or any other CRM) and marketing segmentation principles;
- Experience implementing or working with marketing automation, customer journey optimization and personalized communications;
- Experience writing emails, newsletters or other marketing communications;
- Solid understanding of storytelling and the importance of testimonials and impact stories in donor communications;
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of the philanthropic sector and its best practices (an asset).
Your strengths and natural talents

- Work-life balance;
- Summer hours;
- A compensation plan designed in accordance with pay equity;
- Remote work offered according to current policy (flexible hybrid model);
- Vacation, floating days off and additional time off over the holidays.
Expected start date: January 2027.
