Enfant Soleil is a non-profit organization that has been raising funds since 1988 to support the development of high-quality pediatric care for all children in Quebec. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager who shares our core values of mutual support, proximity, recognition, transparency, and determination. We would be happy to welcome you to our team if you live within the greater Quebec City or Montreal area. Our remote work policy is very flexible, allowing you to collaborate with us primarily from home, with occasional in-person workdays at our Quebec City and Montreal offices.

The role

The successful candidate will be part of the broader Philanthropic Development team, within the Campaigns and Raffles division. This team focuses on developing and optimizing distinctive tools and major campaigns designed to support and engage partners, while reaching current and future participants and donors. Reporting to the Senior Director, Campaigns and Raffles, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organizing, and managing campaigns and their related events, optimizing their development and ensuring objectives are met;
  • Orchestrating project implementation and mobilizing project team members while considering their realities and priorities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders;
  • Identifying relevant performance indicators, monitoring them, and proposing adjustments to achieve targets;
  • Drafting project charters, producing mid-project and end-of-project reports, as well as a 360° post-mortem;
  • Building detailed timelines that reflect collaborators’ capacities and ensuring deadlines are respected;
  • Establishing budgets, monitoring them, and implementing actions required to meet objectives;
  • Identifying and collaborating in the recruitment of partners and strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong, professional relationships with them;
  • Anticipating operational issues and proposing solutions;
  • Contributing to strategic thinking and translating vision, objectives, and strategies into concrete actions for campaign deployment;
  • Working closely with the Partnerships team to identify strategies for recruiting new partners and participants;
  • Supporting the Partnerships team, partners, and participants in the operational and logistical execution of campaign-related initiatives and events;
  • Collaborating closely with the Communications and Marketing team to define campaign-specific communication plans;
  • Actively participating in the analysis and optimization of existing campaign business models;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices;
  • Monitoring best practices and emerging trends in philanthropy to foster campaign innovation;
  • Representing Enfant Soleil at recruitment events, campaign-related events, and partner-participant activities.

Your experience

  • University-level education in a relevant field;
  • At least 7 years of experience in a project management role;
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and aligning diverse expertise toward a common goal;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong command of project management and collaboration tools (Monday is an asset);
  • Knowledge of the philanthropic sector and best practices (an asset);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
